Since 1992
Crafting homes and environments of enduring value.
From our earliest developments to our most recent EDGE Advanced certified communities, we have remained unwavering in our belief that true luxury is not excess, it is integrity.
Every development we undertake is guided by a principle that defines us. That promise has shaped every foundation poured, every elevation drawn, and every detail considered.
"We only build homes we would live in ourselves."

it’s about more than just developing homes- It’s about creating a community that puts people, families, and collective well-being first. It’s about creating a lifestyle unparalleled by any other.
We see each Leogem client as an extension of ourselves, and that’s why every time you see the Leogem symbol, you can rest assured knowing that you are becoming part of a family that has your best interests at heart.
Each day we strive to out do what we accomplished the day before. And tomorrow we aim to do it all again.

Residential Development
Leogem is a Property Development company based in Midrand, Johannesburg. Founded in 1992 our unrivaled reputation for building to the highest quality standards has been the key to our company’s success and we are highly regarded by our customers and the local community as one of the leading property developers in the region.
We have the ability to diversify and successfully develop many different styles of projects and have always achieved the goals which we’ve set ourselves. We have successfully completed numerous projects ranging from large residential complexes and commercial parks.
Commercial & Investment
Founded as Leogem in 1992 with our first commercial park in Midrand, Gauteng, Innovation Worx has evolved into developers and owners of a diverse commercial property portfolio.
Innovation Worx office parks offer small to medium business enterprises the space to grow and develop in a community of like-minded business owners.
The office parks also accommodate large, well-established companies with a range of space utilisation options including storage and retail, manufacturing, and distribution.
International Developments
Since 1992, Leogem International has carried forward a vision born from family values – integrity, trust, and craftsmanship. Founded as a family business, our mission has always been simple: to create homes that stand the test of time, built on the same principles that built our name.
Rooted in tradition yet shaped by innovation, we’ve evolved from humble beginnings into a global property brand – connecting investors and homeowners across South Africa, Cyprus, and beyond.
