Leogem Property Project: Ibis Rock

Ibis Rock was the second phase of this Tuscan style development which was fuelled by the same initiative that drove the Weavers. It enjoyed equal commitment from Leogem and once again, appreciation was shown by many satisfied customers. It was at this time that Leogem embarked on more aggressive management practices for the purpose of incorporating such strategies as lean management and imported fixed process techniques in order to cut lead times and improve production times, whilst adhering to quality standards that had been set out and had to be maintained.
